A library for VB programmers which lets you modify Windows windows status.

TopWindow.bas is a library for Visual Basic that comes equipped with two procedures that allow you to modify the status of the active windows on your desktop.

On the one hand, you have the PutThisOnTop function (hwnd), with which you can, referencing it using Visual Basic source code, make a window active and place it on the desktop. On the other hand, you have PutThisOffTop (hwnd), which performs the reverse effect, ie deactivates the window that you specify.

These two TopWindow.bas procedures will be useful especially in cases where you manage many windows.
